At Dugout Design Co., we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

 

 

Shipping Method & Cost

 

 

 

Free shipping is offered on all orders.

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping method (First-Class, Ground Advantage, or Priority) is selected at our discretion based on package size and destination.

Order Processing Time

 

 

 

 

Non-custom items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Custom, hand-painted items require additional production time (approximately 2-3 weeks); estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or during order confirmation.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

 

Delivery Timeframes (Important)

 

 

 

Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, Dugout Design Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to:

 

Weather conditions

Postal service delays or disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Seasonal or holiday volume

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. (Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system).

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are complete and accurate at checkout.

Dugout Design Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, Dugout Design Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, we encourage customers to contact USPS directly using the provided tracking number.

We will gladly assist with filing a USPS inquiry when possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

International Shipping

At this time, Dugout Design Co. ships within the United States only.
